  3. Didn’t find what you need? Click “Ask the community.” Make sure you’re signed in with your PensioTec account.

  4. Add helpful details such as your device, browser, app version, or steps you’ve already tried — this helps others give better answers.

  5. Choose a category or topic that fits your question.

  6. Click Post — your question will appear in the community, ready for others to view and respond.

Stay connected

You’ll automatically receive updates when someone replies to your question or when you join a discussion.
